Jessica Biel has been causing quite a stir on TikTok.
In late December, the actress shared on the platform that "I think maybe some of you know this about me but I love to eat in the shower." Biel then listed off the "shower appropriate items" − by her standards − that she enjoys consuming in the shower. The list included eating cereal, yogurt, popsicles, and drinking coffee and tea.
After leaving her TikTok followers eager for more context (one comment read: "I need her to explain HOW she eats said 'shower appropriate' items without getting water in it??), the actress elaborated Monday.
Biel captioned her TikTok "All your shower eating questions finally answered" with a minute-long explanation.
"I'm just so thrilled everyone's so interested. I want to start a movement, a shower eating movement … I think for people who are multitasking, it's just going to be such a huge relief in so many ways," Beil said.

"Here's my rules with showering eating … a ledge is really helpful, something that you can stick your cup, your yogurt container, your coffee, your espresso, whatever it is you're enjoying," Biel said in the video. "I like to take a bite or a sip and put it on the ledge … it's pretty simple guys, you can do this. I find it deeply satisfying."
Biel continued in her TikTok video: "Only tricky thing is when you're chewing, you got to keep your mouth closed because I still like to get under the water while I'm chewing, and for whatever reason I want to open my mouth at the same time and spit water … that's the pro-tip, chew (and) do not let the shower water in. There you go, enjoy your shower consuming."

Biel's followers took to the TikTok comments to poke fun and agree with the actress.
"I think it's just called hiding from your family. That's what I call it," one user wrote.
"Thank you for this genius idea!" someone added.
"My friend always fed her kids messy stuff in the bathtub," another TikTok user shared. "Genius!!! The edge of the tub is perfect for holding bowls of oatmeal/spaghetti o's etc."
Someone else wrote: "Currently eating a bag of Doritos in the bath while watching this."
